Maryland law requires Landlords, who know their Tenants have a pet, to include a link in the Lease Agreement to the Maryland Department of Agriculture Pets & Eviction Fact Sheet.
Whenever renting to a Tenant with pets, we recommend attaching this document to your Lease Agreement as an addendum.
