ezLandlordForms was born out of the frustrations that Kevin had as a Landlord, when he was unable to find a comprehensive, state-specific Lease that covered everything he needed for his rental properties.

After searching everywhere and talking with other Landlords that had similar frustrations, Kevin decided it was time to do things differently.

He pulled together a team of lawyers, Landlords, and real estate agents and got to work creating all of the forms that Landlords need, with a focus on the most important one: a great Lease.

Fifteen years later, our resource library and services have expanded, but who we are hasn't changed. At our core, we're driven by Kevin's initial objective: creating great tools for all Landlords to use.
